Near to the airport. Helpful staff at the reception. The room itself was quite ok, the bed was comfortable, we had ac and tv.
Dirty, rudimentary bathroom - we found a huge cockroach hidden in a white towel. The worst was outside the room - a shabby corridor, frightening staircase (cables protruding from walls, at the mezzanine they created a kind of storage for clean(dirty?) towels and clothes and God knows what else, everything in sight), difficult neighbours who opened the door at 7am and let their child running and screaming in the corridor. They have even left a dirty pampers on the stairs....

The Staff was very helpful. The rooms were large and reasonably clean (I would have preferred a little more attention, but no bugs). There is a small family style restaurant connected to the hotel. And the cost is very good.
Well, the industrial north eastern part of Mumbai is very poor and the contradictions between some business growing and the poor can be hard. Fine if you hire a driver to take you out of the area. The internet was not always reliable and that was frustrating. And they often charged customers for the internet (which is not what is stated on the site.).

It had very a good sized room with A/C and a fan. There is a lift and breakfast is included in the price. The free airport pickup service was great. The food in the restaurant was also very nice. If you didn't want to eat at the restaurant at the hotel we also found a friendly restaurant called Excellency over the bridge and immediately left. Corner shops with water/snacks nearby.
When I tipped a man for bringing my bags up to our room when we arrived he complained his tip wasn't big enough, which I found rude. The aircon leaked on.to the tv which didn't seem to be an issue for the staff even when it was making weird electrical sounds. I unplugged it immediately. Apart from shops with snacks the location isn't ideal. Although you can easily get to the center of Mumbai by tuk tuk.

Lot of mosquitoes in the room as the hotel is very near to a flowing gutter. You are certain to get Dengue if you don't kill those mosquitoes yourself before you go to bed in the night. Hotel Staff were rude and insisted their view points on the customer. Room was never cleaned daily unless we ask for it.The hotel service staff don't even replenish water daily. The breakfast is not worth the money. In a nutshell, this hotel isn't worth the value of the money we pay for. The room rent should be only below Rs1000

Nothing
They tried to charge us for airport pick up when we had a email confirming free transfer. We asked to buy a bottle of water and they wanted to charge us £8.50 for it. There were creatures crawling all over the the room.
